What is your return policy?
Currently, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
If we have shipped an item incorrectly or the item is defective, we will make it right. Please contact us immediately and share photos via email so that we can evaluate.
Where do you currently ship your product?
Currently, we ship to the USA and Canada only. We hope to ship internationally soon! For US orders, we are not responsible for any additional customs or duty fees that you may incur upon arrival.
When will my order ship?
We work to ship out your order within one week. Once shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2-8 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Unfortunately we cannot offer free shipping at this time. However, we have chosen to cover a portion of the shipping cost to keep your costs low. We are pleased to offer a $5 flat rate shipping on all orders in Canada and $7.50 outside of Canada. We also offer free local pickup in Toronto, Ontario. Please contact us at hello@thisiszuri.com to arrange a pickup.
How can I track my order?
You will receive your tracking information when your order is processed. If you have any specific questions about your order, please feel free to email us at hello@thisiszuri.com.
I made a mistake on my order. Can I make changes?
Mistakes happen, however we can only make changes if we are alerted before your order is shipped. You can email us to make changes to your order (based on availability) within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate if your order has not been fulfilled yet. We cannot refund or exchange any orders once the order has been fulfilled.
